The staff here are incredibly rude. I asked for my drink to be made without ice and was told no. I 've had the same order made at various other Starbucks locations and it 's never been an issue. I work overnight shifts, so I was ordering my coffee in advance as they aren 't open during my shift hours, and didn 't want the ice to melt and water down my coffee before I had the chance to drink it. Starbucks, has coffee and a lot of yoga pants going on. This is like most of them anywhere in North America.
