Today, I finally asked the name of the absolute bundle of sunshine that is usually at the Drive-Thru window in the mornings. Her name is Jean, and turns out, today is her last day! This tim hortons need to improve their service. They are very slow at in store service. We waited for like 15 minutes to get our order and we still got wrong order. They are only focuses at drive thru as I can see. If you don't wanna or can handle customers at front store why not just close it and serve only the drive thru. View all feedback.
