I predict that I have known Carlo since I bought a holiday house in San Foca in 2010; that is a point of reference of every time we come to Salento and that remains the only restaurant in absolute of the area and more, to have never given reason of disappointment. That said, last night, having arrived with my wife a little before the opening, to deceive the time we read a little reviews about it. Well, we did a lot of laughs about the negative ones... but because we know it!!! He does not have an activity in the first place; he has a passion that translates into welcome. He loves to have guests in his dining room and, as such, they must be appreciated or, at least respectful. He, the guests already seated and who prove to be rude is able to suggest to stand up to go to other restaurants where you eat better; to empty the whole room booked (at the detriment of all the resulting organization of the case), simply because they gave rise to not being appreciated! I know for sure he did!! Here, last night we couldn't wait to enter, not only to dine but to tell us with the fun and sympathy that distinguishes him, what treatment he had reserved to the authors of those reviews. Carlo, you're great! To you, together with your wife (patient and omnipresent), give us the privilege of loving you. I forgot: from him you eat divinely!
Leaving the confusion of Otranto to search for a valid gastronomic offer and a little less to the cluster was a winning choice, especially if you have the chance to arrive at the restaurant from Sanna to Martano. The reception of the staff and the owner was that mixture of professionalism and friendliness that immediately puts at ease. The menu reflects the choice of the restaurant to base its offer on the quality of the products available, with the obvious consequence that it is always necessary to book to facilitate programming in the kitchen. The portions are abundant and have forced us to return to another date (reserved income) a more extensive visit of the proposed menus. We have tasted sea salad, culurgiones, fried and sweet apple. We cannot evaluate the choice of wines for our impossibility. Last but not least the value for money is definitely excellent. Thank you to the owner and staff and the next.

Super, going to dinner at the Sanna Restaurant you never miss. Delicious the First and the Friction, it always surpasses with the lobster to Catalana. A triumph of flavors and Mediterranean taste. Excellent service and attention to customers.
Also this year could not miss a classic dinner from Sanna (to not miss anything we went, distance of a few days, two times). Once we went with our cousin Carmen, the inevitable friend Marilena and Rita. The next time we went with my nephew Andrea and our new acquaintance Sandra, who lives nearby. We ate tuna tartare with lemon perfume, raw prawns of the Ionian, spaghetti with muggine bottarga, an excellent Catalan of shrimp and scampi and, now well known, super excellent argosta alla catalana. To finish a cold turkey accompanied by a good myrtle liqueur. Wheelchair accessible rooms. Very recommended!
