My friends and I celebrated my birthday with dinner at this restaurant on Thursday night. We enjoyed Caesar salads, two Linguini Carbonara dishes, and the Braised Lamb Shank. Everything was fantastic! This is the best Italian food I have ever had, and I would definitely be a regular customer if I lived in CALISTOGA. Our server was wonderful and very attentive.
