I went to win dixie in Callahan fl around 15 o'clock on 10/26/2021 to have a whole huh cut into pieces and was said that they didn't man the man or time to do this more of the business manager. he said the equipment is too time-consuming to use and clean so they just don't do it anymore. at the time, two people worked in the meat department.
