Was taken here by a local business partner who know the area very well. I love the rustic feel of this place with its open air feeling literally over the water. Views of the port as well moored boats in the harbor. Had the Parmesan Scallops and Ceviche. Food was not the best in the Lima area, but certainly was a great experience. Unimpressed. While the food is definitely fresh and well-presented, we found it to be some of the blandest ceviche and arroz con mariscos we have had. At this quality, the menu is significantly overpriced. The servers held up their end of the bargain and offered quick and accurate service for our huge party. View is also great.
