What User doesn't like about Villa Roma Resort Sullivan Catskills Vacations:
The smell of mold in every single building is absolutely disgusting. I am highly allergic to mold had to double my allergy medicine due to my throat closing. I asked the staff for Lysol, they had none, had to drive 40 mins to a store to get some. The front staff was not very good with changing rooms or making accommodations as the manager was out the days I was there apparently and no one else was allowed to make a d... View all feedback.

"Excellent service and food. Large portions and cooked as ordered. Only negative is made a reservation for party of 6 for 6pm on a Saturday as normally busy. Arrived to almost empty dining room which was extremely too hot and our reserved table was right next to salad bar and stage where they put all the dirty dishes and food from bused tables. Otherwise pleased and would return."

"I just heard from this restaurant a few weeks ago on facebook, and I wait to try it. I thought everything was excellent. beautiful waiter, beautiful ambiente, generous portions, good drinks, everything was very tasty and beautifully plated. when they stop and realize where the place is. in the middle of cochecton. I would even add a few stars. the selection of fine restaurants in this area are slim, and this is a jewel. I'm glad to go back soon!"

"First, the good: I am high risk for covid and my family wanted to eat here for a graduation celebration. They don't have outdoor dining so I called ahead and asked how busy they thought they'd be that night. They said not too busy (it was around5:30 or 6 pm on a week night). I told them about my covid concerns and they said they'd place us at a table far away fromeveryone else. Which they did and I felt safe. It was awesome! The service was good and everyone was very friendly. They hadfountain soda and they refilled our soda and water several times. The appetizers we had were good. We had the meat and cheeseboard and the fried zucchini. The fried zucchini was divine. It was thin and had a delicious dipping sauce. The sauce was amystery to us, but we loved it. It had a hint of some kind of Indian spice, but none of us could figure it out. And now the notso good: First, the bread they brought out a little basket of hot bread. The bread was fine and it was nice that's hot. Butfor an expensive Italian restaurant, I expected a little bottle of olive oil, salt, pepper, and maybe even parmesan cheese to beserved with the bread so we could mix up a little dipping sauce. It's what I've experienced at similar restaurants. We did askfor a bottle of olive oil and they brought one out, but we didn't have the tasty extras. Second the burrata caprese I'm avegetarian. I looked at the menu and figured out what to order before we even got to the restaurant. I ordered the burratacaprese. I didn't know what that was so I googled it and it looks great on Google. Here's what Google taught me: the tomatoesare sliced, about 1/4 thick, and placed around the burrata cheese. Then basil leaves are individually placed on top of thetomatoes. The whole thing is drizzled in extra virgin olive oil and either balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze. Finally, kosheror flaky salt and freshly cracked pepper are sprinkled on top. Sounds good, right? Go ahead and look it up on Googl"
