great place for lunch. I enjoyed my main meal here. the pudding was good, but I think it is good for home made puddings overall very nice, I would certainly return, personal was also beautiful. View all feedback.

Had a meal here thinking it would still be the same great food but unfortunately they changed hands and managed by new people.The food wasn't very nice. There wasn't much portions for the value of your money. It felt like you are just paying for an empty plate Sat on a cold table.We used to like coming here a lot but we will not be returning any more witch is very sad. We really enjoyed eating. the team was very helpful and very friendly. eating was very good, although the presentation of the peach melba eaton mess work needs, although it was laughing with the team as a result! thanks for a nice evening.
We had an excellent lunch with our daughter enkelkind there is a beautiful atmosphere in the area with lots of space and a very good selection of meals for adults and children. the host are very welcoming and have tested our requirements for the meal size etc. for example, my wife chose the mackeral/ fish cakes and it was immediately pointed out that a few previous guests had found the portions small, this was an surprise, as the part was more than sufficient and the quality of the plate was very good. the love for detail has been appreciated. we will definitely return to the lansdowne arms.
Food was lovely, our party all had different meals, however they were all served together. Staff were friendly and helpful. thank you. We were running late, again this was accommodated by the staff despite the kitchen starting to close.

Excellent Sunday roast. Came here for Dads birthday lunch and had a lovely time. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty food. Good menu choices and quick service in a relaxed and traditional setting. Ample parking and outdoor seating. Popular with walkers and dog friendly. Will definitely be back again Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5
