Trattoria Il Forno - Calp

This is a great little restaurant, slightly off the main eating area but definitely worth a visit. The Pizzas looked amazing, the pasta dishes we had were very good and the service was excellent. The decor and overall feel of the place is very chilled, will be sure to go again next time we visit Calpe.

Nice place to sit outside and eat some delicious Italien Food. Pizzas are thin, crusty and some of them new creations! Very helpful and friendly waiters. Some good and pricy wines. In August a lot of guest, reservation is recommended.

This superb little gem is off the beaten track but only 5 minutes walk from the beach and the main restaurant streets. So if you don't come here specifically, you will not find it. Once here you can expect a warm, attentive welcome from the staff. The drinks are well priced and well prepared. The food ranges from pizza, pastas to steak. My wife chose the lobster tagliatelle. Lovely. But the pizzas are why you should come here. We dined on more than one occaision and tried different pizzas which were all fantastic and cooked in a wood fired oven. Apparently thw only one in Calpe- although I can't verify that. The atmosphere outside is relaxing. Nice lighting, trees and VH1 on the tv which we all found enjoyable. This is not a large place ao sometimes, booking is advisable.Try the pizzas here. You will not be disappointed!
