Every dish that came out was better than the one before the sea bass was outstanding, the final dish the Chicken was a little bit disappointing after all the previous dishes, it was over cooked and extremely dry. But the desert was lovely so would say 95% was great but because of Rafa skill and coming over to the table on a few occasions and the excellence in all other dishes it can be overlooked.
