I have ordered catering for our office two times from Tatte in Dupont Circle both times they left off key parts of the order. Trying to correct the issue got me nowhere. The catering department does not answer the phone, and the people in the store don't help with catering orders. The first time I was not even able to get a refund for the food that was not delivered.
