Went for meal with family today and food was cold the restaurant was cold aswell, when I told member of staff she apologized but that all she would do, they saw I left the food but refused to take the plate but took everyone else's, a family member who was with us is a chef and he said food not safe to eat as food was at temperature where bacteria could grow and cause food poisoning.
