They were underoccupied so that seats outside were not available. we have been ignored for a long time while others who came after us were served. all I ordered was not available (all fishing options), at the end I had to order mixed salat (side dish). it did not even come with dressing, I had to wait for a server again for olive oil and balsamico vinegar that had brought the table with the salat. the standard of the courts has drastically declined.

Delicious food. Ravioli was an excellent post Christmas veggie option. Excellent cakes and fantastic coffee. Thanks to Mario for the care with which he looked after us.

Restaurant had very limited food choice due to shortages? Only one vegetarian choice for main course and no vegetarian starters. We were a party of 3 vegetarians, so we left. Very disappointed.

It was a scandal that we wanted to eat so early we wanted a 18.00 booking, but only 17.30 were offered in a restaurant that was almost empty: strange and unnecessary. that said eating was good and the service excellent

We enjoyed our visit for lunch to Carluccios however, and probably due to recent delivery issues, much of what we wanted on the menu was not available. Having said that all of what we had for our lunch was delicious. Service was first class albeit seemed shortstaffed due to the time for our food to arrive? Having said that we had a lovely time and will be back soon
