What Greta Keeling doesn't like about itsu:
First time been disappointed with this place. 1) veggie gyoza noodles no taste at all, no flavour I have to throw it away 2) I didn't know that there is a loyalty app at Itsu. Came to Cambridge as a tourist and found most places to eat to be tourist traps, very expensive and/or greasy options. This place is an oasis in the middle of the best landmarks, very quiet and clean with lots of vegetarian and low fat healthy options View all feedback.

Some customers were disappointed with the lack of flavor in certain dishes, the cleanliness of the toilets, and the overall experience in terms of crowded and uncomfortable seating. Some reviewers highlighted the beautiful layout of the restaurant and the enjoyable dining environment. While some may not return to Itsu, others found it to be a pleasant surprise and plan to visit again.
