We arrived at 7pm and ordered promptly, after ordering, an hour later we are then told our order was not process in the system and had to reorder. Mains arrived 2 hours after us being seated. We understand mistakes are made however would of appreciated...an apology or an accurate time of how much longer we would have to wait. (Bar man was lovely) read more.
