"Exceptional service and eating to fit. this restaurant had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. my colleague and I look forward to a return visit in the near future. we have eaten in many restaurants in the opposite, but francela’s restaurant is definitiw one of the best by far."

"Melt in the mouth roast beef! Lovely Sunday roast dinner with red wine! Usually come here and do the set menu which never disappoints but decided to try the Sunday menu and so glad we did!"

"Order a ride and it should pick up 45 minutes later. I came to gather, as agreed, after another 45 minutes waiting for the food finally arrived and I noticed that some of it was cold, it was collected by a food warmer and not. from the kitchen when I didn't see it when I arrived. the staff took the cold bag back into the kitchen. then became rude eating from the other pockets and getting other customers to check whether my eating was hot! they ask to touch the containers. so much for her hygiene. I am very disappointed about their attitude tonight, eating was not on their usual standard and the service patrol and rude. and yes, eating was not so hot!"
