Cicada Coffee - Cambridge

We went to this restaurant for dinner on Saturday night and I recommend making a reservation as it is very popular! Since we didn't have a reservation, we left our number and returned after 30 minutes to get a table, which worked out fine. What Luna Chiewsuwan doesn't like about Cicada Coffee:
An alluring and warm looking cafe, especially at night. Their self-serve process is a bit micromanaging and not that smooth, and I didn 't think it really matched the atmosphere. The hostess (I think was actually the owner, or one of) was snappy and rude when I asked her a question and it did ruin my experience enough that I would not go back. The food was really good though.
