half an hour waiting in the queue, when it’s your turn to order, you’re told that the wait time for your order is another half an hour. I understand the short staffing situation, but if you can’t run an establishment with a reasonable wait, at least inform people upfront of the cost of an hour wait just for some mediocre food.
