I got soup 2 soups 1 had plastic and 1 had hair and when I went back to Panera for a refund he said that we lied saying that we put it in there. Gerald is the worst person/manager ever don?t go here unless you want hair and plastic in your food with norefund. View all feedback.

Food is very good but service is terrible. Rude and snappy workers. Got my food 40 mins after I ordered it because they didn?t put it out.
