A really lovely almond croissant with tons of caramelized pieces and almonds. The sandwiches were nice but weren't as fresh since they were in the display case and reheated with wilted greens. They could probably use a nice mustard or fresh greens. I'll definitely be back for pastries though! View all feedback.
What Pedro González doesn't like about Praliné French Patisserie:
I have to be honest. It was average. I expect better, especially after reading the owners story. French decent opening a bakery in Cambridge. It did not meet expectations. I'll keep looking. View all feedback.
I love Praline. They have the best canele and almond croissants! I always get a bunch when I go there : They also have nice, pretty desserts that I like to bring as a gift!
A hidden gem! Canelé is really good, I really like the chocolate
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. The atmosphere was charming and cozy.We tried with their butter croissant, which was flaky, buttery, and simply divine! The flan was smooth and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Great coffee as well. The selection of pastries, sandwiches, and desserts was extensive, and it was hard to choose just one. Each item we tried was meticulously crafted and bursting with flavor.Overall, our time at this Praline cafe was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a culinary adventure that will transport you to the streets of Paris, this is the place to be. Bon appétit! ???
I found this spot by chance as I was passing through the neighborhood running errands. I stopped by and immediately fell in love with the decor it's very light and airy, but still kind of cozy. I can see myself hanging out here with a friend, catching up over pastries and coffee.I've stopped by a couple of times now, as I often try my best to make a point to whenever I'm in town. The staff is phenomenal. always friendly and always more than happy to make recommendations.I've had many of their sandwiches and pastries, as well as drinks, and I can't say that I've ever not been impressed. This is a great spot for quick, light lunch with plenty of options for desert. It's always a pleasant experience to sit down and enjoy my food and drink here.My biggest surprise were the macarons I usually am not a fan of macarons because I generally don't like eating a blob of sugar, but all of their macrons are very light, airy, and not overly sweet. Anytime I visit now, I have to pick up some. One additional note they have a limited selection of French pantry items for sale, with a nice variety of loose leaf teas. Overall this place is a 5/5 from me, would recommend again and again.
One of the best pastry and coffee in Cambridge, cute shop and very nice business owner, good idea to stopby and give it a try.
