"With mostly great reviews and clearly marked vegan options we decided on a weekend to give it a try for lunch. The inside is cozy and clean, thankfully we were alone along with two staff members working on a table nearby.Vegan Pad Thai the taste was OK. It was very underwhelmed taste. It neither tasted sweet, sour or spicy. The seasonings not up to par. We had dinner size more on it later.Thai Sweet Basil disappointed with this dish as well. The taste just wasn’t coming across as well we expected the Thai flavours. The plain steamed rice was good.A large Tom Yum Soup the taste was better and we enjoyed the soup. The only disappointment was the temperature was way less hot for soup. By the we poured in bowls and started it was almost at room temperature. Three small bowls is all we hardly got out of large.The other disappointing factor for all the dishes above is the quantity for the price charged. NotMeant for sharing for sure, but also not filling enough after the meal."

"What a wonderful time High Tea was delicious and all the tea we selected was the very best the kids enjoyed a menu catered just to them and lemonade in a lovely teapot service was wonderful so welcoming. My G Babies were made to feel special and really enjoyed this special treat highly recommended for a lovely afternoon we will definitely be back"

"We ordered steaks for delivery Friday. I ordered the tenderloin and my husband ordered the rib eye. My tenderloin was AMAZING. I said med rare it was perfect. Mashed potatoes were good but veggies were underdone. I don't mind rawish veg so was ok for me. Husband's rib eye was tasty and tender as well done perfectly. We always try each other's to determine who picked the best meal I won hands down, however, both were good. I only rated a 4* as the veggies were not great and the mashed potatoes were rather plain. Otherwise, would go to the Queen's Cafe over the Keg any day. Really good tenderloin let me reiterate."

"I went for dinner to Empress of India tonight for dinner with my friend and was so disappointed. It was not busy and it still took almost 40 minutes to get our pops and cold appetizer. We ended up cancelling the main part of our meal and walking out after another 30 minutes of waiting for our food! Never never NEVER will I ever go back there! High prices with very poor service. I do not recommend it to ANYONE!"

"Always a nice treat. The new caramel macchiato is delicious. If you love coffee like me in ice cream, you need to try this. Perfect light coffe flavour with hints of salted caramel and pieces of dark chocolate!!! A new fave. Hubby had the chocolate fudge and added chocolate syrup too. Unfortunately, you don't get to try the ice cream like they used to allow before. Guess it is covid related. I ordered my caramel macchiato regardless and did not dissapoint. Soo good. Our server was also friendly and accomodating. Always good service and positive experience. Nothing bad about ice.cream! Check out the Easter ice cream cakes they have!"
