What Hung Thai likes about Hanoi Boy:
It's a very small menu which is great. I'm not a fan of huge menus. It takes forever to decide what to eat and most of the food is similar with different ingredients. The small menu allows the kitchen to focus. The pho is great. It has the taste of a slow and low cooked soup base. The rice plate is also very good. The decor is very fun. Great restaurant with friendly service. Love pho bun-cha so much. Must try.

"A great spot for breakfast, both well made and fast! The mushroom and chili omelette was SO good. The sauces from the mushrooms and the ricotta (I believe) worked so well together with the pumpkin seeds to make a unique omelette that you 'll really enjoy. The Brioche with caramelized onion was a particular treat! So sweet and savory, the next time I go I 'll be picking one of these up for sure! My only hope would be for a more interesting brew for filter coffee. I was hoping for some info about what was being served and was only told it was 'strong '. I was hoping for more information about the roaster, process, or similar to get some more insight as well as something hopefully unique or particularly interesting to enjoy with my breakfast."
