My wife and I have recently retired and moved to the Cambridge area and were looking for a casual place with great food and reasonable prices. After lots of trial and error experimenting we happened on the Black Badger. Great find !!!! Gastro pub implies pub atmosphere with gastronomically excellent food. This place has a pub atmosphere, but that's about it. The food is terrible, service untrained and pricing average, therefore for poor food, renders its value low.Even for a pub, the schnitzel sandwich is bad.
