"With mostly great reviews and clearly marked vegan options we decided on a weekend to give it a try for lunch. The inside is cozy and clean, thankfully we were alone along with two staff members working on a table nearby.Vegan Pad Thai the taste was OK. It was very underwhelmed taste. It neither tasted sweet, sour or spicy. The seasonings not up to par. We had dinner size more on it later.Thai Sweet Basil disappointed with this dish as well. The taste just wasn’t coming across as well we expected the Thai flavours. The plain steamed rice was good.A large Tom Yum Soup the taste was better and we enjoyed the soup. The only disappointment was the temperature was way less hot for soup. By the we poured in bowls and started it was almost at room temperature. Three small bowls is all we hardly got out of large.The other disappointing factor for all the dishes above is the quantity for the price charged. NotMeant for sharing for sure, but also not filling enough after the meal."

"What a wonderful time High Tea was delicious and all the tea we selected was the very best the kids enjoyed a menu catered just to them and lemonade in a lovely teapot service was wonderful so welcoming. My G Babies were made to feel special and really enjoyed this special treat highly recommended for a lovely afternoon we will definitely be back"

"Great food and atmosphere. Place was packed for a weekday and the portions were generous for the price. Food was tasty and filling. Dessert was just the right amount of sweetness. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a quick snack break or a hearty breakfast in Guelph."

"First time here at Sam's Grill Cambridge and it was a great choice. We came to Cambridge to buy some items in the area and we stopped at Sam's Grill for a quick bite and it was a great decision. Their poutine was delicious, loaded and fresh. We will definitely come back again when in the area. Fully recommended "

"Hidden gem! I'd seen this place in passing but never paid it much mind until one of the guys who works at Fuzion Fitness recommended them. I thought there acai bowls were to die for but I just tried their oven roasted turkey salad and wow! Best salad I've had and perfect portion! A protein shake used to be my go to post-workout, now I come here! If prices were just $1-2 less per item it would be perfect but on the other hand you're getting high quality ingredients! My only recommendation for this restaurant is to open earlier, like 7am, I would buy a parfait for breakfast literally every morning! ?"
