An avid fan of Ippudo, I asked whether I could have tofu instead of pork. The last time I had pork I had tummy ache more down to my sensitive tummy rather than the quality. I was told that I could have the spicy pork ramen minus the pork but that I would be charged for the tofu. I challenged the thought process, attached is their response.
