Service was good and the place was nice. The disappointing thing was the food. The bread for the chicken burger was clearly not fresh and was inedible. I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. Also I ordered after my friend but mine came first and his came 20 minutes later. View all feedback.
My friends and I were going to see Blind Guardian at the O2 Forum down the road. They are regulars to Nandos so they invited me to go there before the concert. Our orders took 6, 35 and 45 minutes to be delivered, all ordered at the same time. We were late to the show and had to stand in the balcony. Would not recommend or return.
Truly terrible customer service by one of the staff members here. Discriminating against a disabled customer is completely unacceptable. Definitely would’t recommend going here.
I was really was speechless when I saw the only chicken breast without any sides! Even one olive or luttes?? And high prices for that tiny chicken breast
Very good food, reasonable price but we waited more than 45 minutes for a takeaway.
Trisha is AMAZING! She gave us amazing chilli jam pots and she was so sweet. She made sure everything was served properly and even when they forgot our starter she was so apologetic and quick to get us it! Thank you so much Trisha!!! You’re fab!
