Having ordered a tuna baguette, bottle of water and a Danish pastry bun the server put it into a bag for me and I paid. On the train I opened the bag to find that the danish had not been put in the bag!! How many times do they do this? Nothing a customer can do once they’re on the train……so annoyed! read more.
