"They had two waitresses on a Saturday night! Because we didn’t order as soon as we sat down our waitresses didn’t come back for 20 minutes then told us we should have ordered when she was there the first time. I have no issues with waiting if the server was waiting on other folks but she was just chatting and hanging out with one table. Then when we started ordering everything we wanted they didn’t have. So we ordered 14oz steaks that said they came with rolls but we’re told the menu was wrong. The steaks were not 14oz. I received my salad after half my meal was finished. I and the rest of my family are not real picky but this was an unpleasant experience. We spent $140.00 to eat and I feel like at the very least our drinks should have been refilled without having to wave our arms in the air to get it. And before anyone asks, no the restaurant was not packed they had over half the tables empty."

"We were in this business several times. It seems to be less attractive every time we go. We were at an early dinner tonight. Very few people inside. We waited for our order. We ordered a starter because we knew from previous visits that it would be good for our food. The appetizer arrived with our food. The food wasn't almost as hot as it should be when it just got up. Not sure what's going on, probably not be back."

"I said I wanted my brot to be warmed only slightly so that the server will re-read my brot. it was hard and illegitimate. I didn't make it a problem because the server was young and I didn't want to hurt her feelings."
