I love Dairy Queen, don't get me wrong, but I really feel that if they stepped up their menu by adding more choices for a meal, they could be a major player in the fast food market. They don't advertise on TV much, they rarely change their menu, and it seems that most DQ's are stuck in less than convenient areas. I hope in the future they become more progressive, it's an American icon and I'd hate to see it go away. View all feedback.

What Uncle Fred doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
I really wanted to be able to give a higher rating but I have to be honest. I waited in the drive thru approximately 15 minutes. Could have been longer. One customer ahead of me. Maybe there was an issue with that customer not sure but by the time I was able to sink my teeth into a burger the heat was gone. Almost warm, definitely not hot. Will I be back??? Maybe but doubtful, maybe for a dairy treat. View all feedback.
