Ordered $30 dollars family meal of 4 chicken sandwiches online, after I had paid and drove to pick it up they told me they were out of chicken sandwiches. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t and I would have to contact customer service. I tried contacting customer services and they offered me a 3 dollar refund. "I ordered pho yesterday, i expect my pho to have a rare meat on top but meat is tough and they mix vegetables in my pho, didnt have a separate plate for basil, sprout, jalapeno and lime they cut corners, this is not traditional way to serve pho,? I even ask for jalapeno peppers and lime cause they didnt give me either one they gave me 1 piece thick cut of jalapeno and small piece of lime, i should not ask for it it should be included when i order cause i order Pho .We just started eating and the bill or check already given in our table , their spring roll.i ordered shrimp and pork but i barely taste shrimp or pork i think they gave us vegetable spring roll, taste like frozen vegs spring roll from tree. Their broth is not so tasty lacking of flavor for me, i went to north syracuse branch before same thing im just disappointed. i hope they improve their broth make it more tastier ."

"TL;DR: Recommended. Will repeat. Ambiance and staff This place has plentiful parking space. Wait time was short, and we found a good option for seating. The dining space was clean and with wooden tables and chairs. The staff was friendly. Food We ordered three build-your-own and one two-topping. All the pizzas came out hot and tasty. The variety of ingredients they offer for customizing your pizza is a real plus. The option to choose your own sauces and toppings allows you to make your perfect pie. Overall This is a good place, and I would recommend it. I will repeat for sure."

"The pizza was good, I grew up on the this pizza place was Nmu favorite in all of New York, however the pizza is not anywhere near what it used to taste like. Just bit of a change. Not bad , not exactly a 4 . But I really used to enjoy this place"
