First, we must remember that this is a fast food place. Generally, I never had problems with this place. I always use the Burger King app and just go through the drive thru and get my order. The staff is nice and friendly. I haven't experienced anyone rude or with an attitude. Eating is usually right, but if something is missing or wrong, they have no problems making it right. What Darian Harvey doesn't like about Burger King:
Extremely disappointed. I ordered 4 sandwiches thru the drive thru and wen I went home I realized that there were only 3 and there was no receipt in the bag. So I had to drive back 5 miles to get that sandwich and my receipt. The tone of the staff when I informed of this was totally cold and unapologetic. Not planning to come back here. View all feedback.
