All right, copier, and a nice team. We stopped at four people. Installed in a térrasse sheltered from the wind, overlooking the Pic du Midi, we took advantage of the sun of October for our lunch. The dishes are very well cooked, and the service efficient and in good mood. The team is new. It started in June 2019 in full VID. "What can I say, the Auberge du chateau was a needed arrival in Loudenville and boy did it deliver. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming with an open fire on which meat in often cooked in front of you. The food is brilliant mountain grub with a protein packed menu that also caters to vegetarians, a feature not often seen in this part of france."
