"This place was incredible! Car window service, our server was excellent very friendly and helpful and the food was so delicious. I had the vegan skillet with the bratwurst so yummy. I highly recommend checking this little gem out."

"On Aug 2, 2017 my wife and I attempted to make reservation at this establishment. The employee who met us as we entered the restaurant related that the manager would take the reservation. My wife and I observed the manager write our names down and we departed. Later that evening we arrived at the appointed time for dinner. The host related that we did not have a reservation and he would need to speak with the manager / bartender. The host attempted to seat 4 of us at table for 2 at the Riptide Pub. When my wife tried to talk with the manager; he responded with these things happen and no solution. After a great deal of arguing we were seated at an acceptable table. The wait staff was acceptable as well as the food. There are other places to eat with better food and service and I would suggest you do so."

"The food here is not great; it ranges from okay to awful. There are a lot of comments here about the owner. These are entirely justified. He can be really aggressive and creepy. He hangs around fishing for compliments and if you dare say something isn't right he gets angry and defensive. The food here is not great; it ranges from okay to awful. It should be noted that the owner always behaved this way at his old location, too; Acropolis. It was off-putting then and it is off-putting now."

"After close to 15 years, it's safe to say it's just best. One of those places where you want to try something else on the menu but can't bring yourself to not have the Coquille St. Jacques and chicken cordon bleu with chocolate mousse as dessert accompanied by a bottle of Jlor.... Welcomed like family every time."
