"A low-key restaurant that had a steady flow of customers while we were there - many locals, it seemed. The special sounded fantastic, but the prawns were imported from China so I went with a meal of rice noodles, chicken, coconut sauce, etc (last one on the menu). My husband has the choice just above it and the sauces looked and tasted identical except that hiis was medium heat while mine was mild. I had hoped for a pot of tea made with real leaves rather than a single bag of Jasmine tea. It was an enjoyable meal, but I will try a different place next time to see how it compares."

"We each ordered a lunch box : a chicken teriyaki and a veggie box plus appy sized tempura. The tempura was excellent as was the gyoza (dumplings). The rest was fine but nothing special."

"I get to Campbell River at most twice a year but walk in and still get greeted with a smile like I was their most important customer. The portions are generous, the food delicious and well cooked. I particularly noticed the vegetables are perfectly done, rather than over or under cooked like many takeaway places. You'll never wait long either as service is pretty fast. Wish I could get this at home but whenever I'm in town I intend to come back."

"We were the last customers one night even though it was well before closing. As we were leaving, staff members said it 's about time . This was passed on to the manager who made his indifference clear. We haven 't returned. Any business who cares so little for their customers doesn 't deserve our business."

"Gotta love that gravy. The poutine is awesome. The chicken is always the best. Unfortunately, their hours seem to be very sporadic and living outside of town you never know if they’re going to be open. Posted hours on Google or Siri don’t correspond with actual hours so it’s always a gamble. Lucky there is a Wendy’s next door to take my money and pretty darn good too."
