"On Aug 2, 2017 my wife and I attempted to make reservation at this establishment. The employee who met us as we entered the restaurant related that the manager would take the reservation. My wife and I observed the manager write our names down and we departed. Later that evening we arrived at the appointed time for dinner. The host related that we did not have a reservation and he would need to speak with the manager / bartender. The host attempted to seat 4 of us at table for 2 at the Riptide Pub. When my wife tried to talk with the manager; he responded with these things happen and no solution. After a great deal of arguing we were seated at an acceptable table. The wait staff was acceptable as well as the food. There are other places to eat with better food and service and I would suggest you do so."

"Easy to find and parking nearby.Music inside made conversation hard but we moved outside and it was ok. Food was good, the Yam fries and key lime pie were winners in our group. Fresh thick tomato basil soup was enjoyable. We would come again."

"Awesome. Got a classic cod fish’n chips and wow that was great meat was good, more than enough fries for two (one do fish and chips the second do just fish) the tartar sauce is great too! Parking is easy across the street also."

"Good food, but restaurant needs some cleaning up. Dining room carpet is torn and not clean. Exterior is looking rundown. There was a sign on the kitchen door asking patrons to stand clear of the door, which is fine, but the added line written in black felt unless you like being hit by the door kind of sets a bad tone."

"Received very poor service at this place. Never did have our table cleaned and did not receive utensils (the kind family beside us, at least, noticed and shared chopsticks from their table). Ordered a drink that never arrived. It was affordable sushi, but not nearly good enough to make up for the slow and borderline rude service from the 2 servers. It was NOT busy. Rice was cold and chewy (maybe it sat in the kitchen awhile...?) Will not return."

"We were visiting from Vancouver and were looking for real Thai food no fusion food). Funny thing was we called them and asked, “Are you serving Authentic Thai” Honestly.. Best Thai food… This was one of the best part of our trip.. Our server was great too .. Highly recommended place"
