I was passing through town and had exceptionally good baking here! They have these raspberry oatmeal cookies that are thin and crispy, yet oh so chewy on the inside, and the oatmeal/raspberry combo is delicious! Walnut apple blackberry muffin was humongous and also a great combo of flavours. I always recommend Steiner as the best bakery in Campbell River, and the absolute best bakers of Black Forest Cake. Imagine my chagrin when I purchased apple fritters which were inedible. Obviously the oil they were fried in had gone rancid. Steiner's products always were such a high quality that this was quite a shock.
