Wendy's - Campbell River

I love this restaurant. but between wendys and tim hortons there is something where none of them wants to take care of the bath. I understand. bathroom are rough. but if I go to inform the staff that the bathrooms are made of toilet paper and each side tells me to speak with the other restaurant....only the customers will suffer. instead of fighting like a couple, they find a timetable and treat it simply. I don't want to bring my children into a restaurant with a bathroom that I don't feel safe to use because of lack of cleanliness.

Horrible service. Dirty restaurant. Guy in front of me ordered a small drink and was told they have no small cups. If that's the case then post a sign saying you have no cups or offer mediums for the same price as a small. Ordered a combo meal and asked for a baked potato side. She said they don't have baked potatoes. I pointed out its on the menu. Then she said their oven is broken. Again, post a sign saying you don't have a product. Then they shorted us one burger. When I asked for it she immediately argued with me that I hadn't ordered it until she checked her screen and saw that she was wrong. Food was typical Wendy's as in nothing wrong with it but the service and condition of restaurant were deplorable. We won't be back again.

Thoroughly disappointing fast food. Could at least be lovely hot greasy juicy junk food, but instead was cold, dry sad looking burgers (which we had to wait for!! .We’re all allowed the odd bad choice, but you don’t have to… Don’t go!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Came here a couple times and all times were slow and gross. Today, the guy at the front was being disrespectful and talking about his dimples instead of giving me my frosty. The last time I was here was over a month ago and it hasn't changed. The manager was yelling at two teenage girls about being unprofessional in front of everyone causing them to walk out. When making food some employees weren't wearing gloves. I've noticed every time I've went that the managers don't wear hairnets, I've also heard the employees telling them to wear hairnets and they say its not mandatory after finding black hair in my food. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Today, July 3, starting at ll.40 am. we waited in the line-up in the Drive Thru for twenty minutes BEF ORE they took our order. We couldn't leave because we were trapped in the line-up with no way to go. Ten minutes plus later we reached the window and we got our food which was cold. There appeared to be only one person working. We spent 30 minutes plus in the Drive Thru which was backed up to the point of blocking the road. Nobody gave any apology for everybody waiting so long. If they didn't have enough staff they should have closed the Drive Thru. Not impressed at all and very unlikely to go back.
