The food at this restaurant was excellent, but I was not happy with the service. I visited on August 20th, 2022, just after 9 o'clock. An older man taking drive-through orders refused to add cluck sandwiches to my order when I asked at the window. While he had the right to deny my request, his attitude was quite rude. I ended up going to the nearest Popeyes to complete my order due to this negative experience.

I have to give this restaurant a 5-star rating because their Oreo milkshakes are incredibly delicious. They are top-notch. However, during my recent visit, there was only one car ahead of me in the drive-thru and it still took about 10 minutes to get through. Additionally, the regular fries were not fresh. On the bright side, their curly fries are amazing. I highly recommend trying them.

I arrived at 3am, as the sign indicated that the drive-thru was open 24/7. However, the employee taking orders informed me that they were only accepting DoorDash orders and not open for business to regular customers. I was confused as to why service was being denied to customers, while DoorDash operators were still able to receive service.

The female chef who works after 10pm is the epitome of a fast food cook. She made my burger taste like it was prepared in a restaurant. It was cooked perfectly, unlike most fast food joints where everything is overdone. I highly recommend coming here if you're craving a late-night snack, especially their burgers.

My experience at the restaurant was awful. I presented a coupon for a combo meal to the cashier, who informed me that it was only valid for a small size meal with regular fries. After rereading the coupon and finding no such restriction, I asked if it was written anywhere, to which she replied no and became very rude.
