Everyone should stop here when driving by and have a papusa at least. If you’ve never had one, you’re in for a lovely experience. If you have, you know why stopping for one or more is well worth your time. Meat, cheese, beans, and any combo of those means you can’t go wrong finding your favorite flavors.
