Not sure why it took me so long to try Tapsilog Bistro! We ordered a lunch for a Saturday brunch. We had the pork lumpia shanghai, pork sizzling sisig, 2 meat silog, pork roast, chicken shanghai and elysic room dust to extinguish our thirst. The food was hot. Everything was very good. Came here to try their silog varieties and ended up ordering the lechon kawali silog. Lechon was crispy seems ok. Price kinda affordable but slightly high. The interior has a lot of memorabilia and has a little mini-mart to shop. I was not satisfied because I haven?t tried the other food on the menu and need to.
