This is still the best Italian restaurant in Silicon Valley. Owner/Executive Chef Elisabetta Benetollo has crafted a menu that has perfected al dente pasta, slow braised short ribs, delicious carefully sourced cheeses and meats, and a thick and rich hazelnut mousse that is worth every calorie. What BradC doesn't like about Tigelleria Organic Restaurant:
A bit pricey, but understandable, given the high-quality organic ingredients, decor and ambiance. Meals are delicious combinations of flavors; appetizers as well. It's apparent there's a savvy, experienced chef in the kitchen. But I wish portions were a tad larger, for the price. The dishes that you can enjoy here, are made with ingredients sourced directly from surrounding producers, in addition there is a large choice of vegan dishes on the menu. The vegetarian possibilities in the menu complete the offering of the establishment, and even has gluten-free dishes on the menu list.
