I had one of the best Fillets ever in South Africa! I had the award winning Pepper Gillet and my spouse had the Chocolate Chili Fillet. The taste was incredible! We‘ve been in many Restaurants and Grillhouses before! But this, this is the Endgame my friends! And the atmosphere is very warm hearted! The service is nothing short of terrible, the lady at the counter was in her own world while we placing our order, then she doesn't even give the order to the kitchen and we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food and they still brought it incorrectly and not to how we ordered it, I love nandos but honestly man, I think this branch deserves to go on kitchen nightmares. Super friendly staff, even though they were exceptionally busy for so close to closing time. Really impressed
Great service. Had a miscommunication on an order and it was dealt with efficiently and with priority! The atmosphere is suited to the franchise.
