What Shaff s doesn't like about Brocka:
Staff is always friendly but getting their attention might be a tall task as they tend to congregate at the tills in the front. Payment machines tend to have issues. I've had difficulty paying the last two times I've eaten there (along with other patrons). Once I even had to send my husband to withdraw cash from an atm so that we could pay and leave.
