Thoroughly enjoyed our first dinner experience here. Booked a table via Dimmi on Friday for the Saturday night. Ben the manager called on Saturday afternoon to say there was a problem with available tables and were we OK to sit on stools at a high table, which we were. I was very disappointed with OnRed. We arrived at 630pm for a celebratory dinner, it took 2 hours to serve us 2 courses…. At 830pm we still had not received our 3rd course.
