I really wish I came here to write a five star review but unfortunately it was not the great experience I expected after reading other reviews. The quality simply wasn’t there. At $65/plate American I expect real quality. Every cut was tough. Really really disappointing. They were nice though. But when you’re charging premium for grocery store meat you have to be nice don’t you. read more.
