"Hello Benazuza, sorry to tell you that I am getting quite a nightmare to get w hold of your restaurant. It's been 3 days now and the phone operator been very unprofessional to let customer knows about making reservation which I was there and the environment was totally very friendly. First, they told me that they will transfer the call to the restaurant, second was to call between 3pm to 5pm third is customer need to make reservation when checking in which I am now still in Beverly Hills and going there early February so I just want to make sure that we can get a reservation before I am leaving Los Angeles. Can someone please get back to me?"
