The hotel was very beautiful, the views are great, the service and the respect were excellent, but one of the four nights I spent there was wasted because I was given the wrong suite which had no river view and the next day I asked to be given the booked suite and the answer was that The hotel is full....After several attempts, I was given the suite that had been booked...I was not compen...
