"I think much has changed since this place was last reviewed: the staff are friendly and the portions are indeed huge but the prices are now very high for what is essentially a truck stop at 35€ a head. Best to share plates if you can"

"We have ordered a goat cheese salad, it was very delicious, very well aligned and with the perfect quantity, a bottle of cider that was delicious, the very clean dishes and of good quality, and second we have ordered rice with pitu, to say it was spectacular and delicious. the dessert we've forgiven him because we were very full and the coffee very well done. I put a 10, the bathroom was very clean, and the attention of the man very well. We will definitely come back."

"The food was simple, tasty and well prepared. One of us ordered the 5 course Slow food option and the other an entree and main course. The pace of service was perfect, with neither of us ever sitting with an empty plate watching the other eat. Although the 5 course menu included a set desert, the wait staff offered a choice and two spoons so we could share. The staff were charming at all times. Small touches which make a restaurant memorable. Good wine list with wide range. We were happy to go again the following night, but thought we would give another restaurant a try, for something different."

"Good value for the money. Menu stays the same. Cachopo, cured ham and local cheese between thin meat slices then breaded and fried, is very tasty. Pig/beef cheeks are also good here. Lengua, tongue, was delicious. Typical for Spain dishes come with chips (French fries) and no vegetables so we always order a salad. The house salad was enough for six of us as a side dish."

"Our waiter Joseph was great. He mentioned the restaurant has a new chef that was terrific and he was right. Our dinner was great. Looking for a healthier option, Joseph recommended the rice and vegetable dish and the chef provided a generous helping of fresh vegetables all of which was delicious. The service was also perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant."
