What User doesn't like about Phuong Nam Noodle House:
the waiters were rude and talked extremely loud about all the time, they think the restaurant was almost empty. this made it difficult to enjoy a meal. it took almost 30 minutes for a court that looks like their clip to get out. eating was in order, but based on customer service and the environment, I will not come back.
