One of our favorites in Canmore because it is consistently GREAT!! The Sunday Brunch was wonderful so we went back for an outstanding dinner...The lamb was superb and the crab dip appetizer was sensational...Wonderful friendly service...this is a terrific local establishment and you can feel the true Canadian hospitality accompanied by an outstanding chef! What Chesley Dibbert doesn't like about Sage Bistro:
The interior is log cabin in style with wood tables and chairs. There is further seating outdoors. Plenty of parking. We had dined here in 2016 so chose to come in 2017. WE found the server to be very (too) chatty to the point of arguing about cork V screw top wine bottles. The service was not great with plates being left on the table too long.
